Route A 9th Day

When we come to Halfeti, we feel like we are in Mediterranean or Aegean Sea coast. The color of the water, the temperature of the weather, light wind, boats at the pier, there is nothing that makes us feel we are not by the sea. We are going to see the village, mosque and houses under water. A small boat are taking us in front of the mosque. The mosque is under water up to its doom.

While we are going to Halfeti, we pass by structures that are built by Assyrians. Our boat's captain is also our guide and he is giving information about history of the area with a funny language. His English is not enough. Fortunately, our guide Mr. Kemal helps us.

When we are in Zeugma mosaic museum, the beautiful gypsy girl is on our mind. Inside of the museum is charming. We can stay here for hours but we want to discover the bazaar and streets of the city before sunset. Gaziantep is calm and restful for us maybe we feel like that since it is the last stop of  Anatolia for route A.

We are on the roads for days. How many kilometers did we have? How many cities did we pass? How many people did we meet? How many mountains did we greet? How many kingdom's ground did we step on? How many flock of birds did pass over us? How many times did we say "here is incredible"
