Rote A Third Day

                                                                 TRABZON

As soon as we step in the yard of the Monastery, we are slowing down suddenly to look around and see every detail. The walls and The ceiling are full of frescoes. It seems that frescoes were not made to decorate walls, the walls were made for frescoes. We want to observe every fresco. We are taking photos of green valley from every corner in the yard. It is difficult to leave from Sumela. Almost 1 hour later, we set off for Uzungol.

Just couple of kilometers away from rough waves of Blacksee, you should see the calmness of the lake, Which hides in the slopes of mountains. It seems a huge thing from the sky fell between the mountains. We start climbing to see Uzungol from above. When we are walking towards the village, somebody recognizes our team and wants us to take a selfie together.
It is a great idea! Why didn't we think it before?

Sometimes we walk and sometimes we drive small vehicles in our way to Uzungol. Small and calm Uzungol is there between the slopes of mountains.
It seems that when people have settled down to waterside from the beginning, Uzungol came here to settle down to this cute village by itself and made a

green bed.

The roads are long and there are a lot of places to see. First, we will go to Rize then Ayder. After that, we have a long journey to Kars ahead of us.
